  • Only availability of the property can be uploaded in the vendors dashboard. Rest all other details will be managed by our side
  •  All payments of the booking will be settle by our side.
  • Property shall not receive any amount from the guest unless until the property get notified by our team. ( Additional charges and bills shall be collected directly from the guest)
  • Available dates and booked dates updates shall be the responsibility of the property to upload it on time.
  • If property reservation team fails to upload the availability and gets a booking for the same, which result to double booking shall be the responsibility of the property to sort it out . Make make arrangements for their accommodation.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the guest shall be the part of the property
  •  Make sure to check the invoice from the guest during the check in.
  • If incase of any accident or uncertainty happens during the stay, the property shall be responsible for taking necessary action to solve it.
  • Property shall ensure the promised service is delivered properly. If not, the required compensation or cash back should be initiated.
  • All details regarding the client and the reservation will be available in the confirmation invoice and also in the vendors dashboard.
